Wednesday May 16, the Board of the Downtown Cleveland Residents Association were treated to an insider's view of one of the oldest and most unique clubs in the city, The Hermit Club of Cleveland. In an attempt to connect with downtown residents, the club for artists, actors, writers, musicians and lovers of the arts, reached out to DCRA President, Mark Giuliano, and invited the entire Board to hold one of its monthly meetings in the Hermit Club's third floor board room followed by hors d'ouevers, drinks, live jazz, and lots of friendly networking it's intimate main floor bar.
"Downtown Cleveland holds so many hidden gems," said Giuliano to his board. "The Hermits and their hip Tudor style mansion located right behind Playhouse Square have to be somewhere near the top of the list. " Michael Jordan of the Hermit Club, pictured below, extended a formal but jovial welcome to the board and then, following the meeting, a "places most people never see" tour of the historic club.
