Our Immigrant Communities Today: Refugees Welcome?

  • The City Club of Cleveland Euclid Avenue Cleveland, OH United States (map)

Join Global Cleveland and Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage for a moderated discussion on some of the main immigration issues of our day with guest speakers, Isam Zaim (Council on American-Islamic Relations), Leen Midani (senior at CSU, Syrian refugee), Veronica Dahlberg (Executive Director, Hola) and Global Cleveland’s Joe Cimperman. We will discuss the components and prospects of sensible immigration reform, and hear why changes to our immigration policy are needed through the perspectives of business, technology, faith, and law enforcement.
