- First SMS/Email campaign notifying members of our event went out, expect those in the future.

- The combination of events will streamline and reduce overall time commitment of members.
- Flyers about meetings will be printed and distributed to local residential complexes to increase attendance at events.
- Jess Wallace to provide a list of apartment complexes downtown to facilitate communications.
- Mario Aldayuz and Christina Kay to create flyers, postcards, and business cards promoting DCRA.
- Kathy Carlson Clement has volunteered to be the first ambassador for The 9 residential space.
- A question was raised: How do we have more say as residents in events downtown? Suggestions were made such as establishing an ambassador program for the DCRA members to integrate with local event companies.
- LaTonia suggested a DCRA fundraising event in Public Square that would incorporate table rentals, music, festivities, and help promote the downtown community for residents and tourists.
- Cleveland Police Department Officers raised the concern that many vehicle break-ins are not prosecuted and DCRA should coordinate an effort to bring signatures to the Cleveland Prosecutors office to petition for better prosecution of those criminals.
